At Zayden Voyager, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned outside of these time frames may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions

Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. We will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (if applicable), or we may offer store credit upon your request.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Note: If your original payment was cash on delivery, we will contact you to arrange a suitable refund method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.
